Our organic garlic was planted last September and threw up their scapes last week. I have 6 pints of beautiful pesto made with scapes, Parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Simple, delicious added to pasta or as a dip.  The possibilities are endless. Garlic is getting bigger and should be ready to pull in a couple of weeks. Yum.
